Post #6 (6/25/26) Toad and Frog went for a long walk across a large meadow, and Toad lost one of his buttons. They went searching in many places and found many buttons but they all came in different shapes, colors, and sizes. Finally, Toad went home and found his lost button there. He felt bad for wasting his friend’s time so he made a new jacket with all the buttons they found and gave it to Frog.

(1) What I like: I like that he collects all the wrong buttons (failures) and put them together to make something nice.

(2)Why I like it: I always like mixing different things together to make something unique. I’m curious to see what I would get if I mix different things together.

(3)Techniques: There’s a problem and a solution. In order to get to that solution, there are failed attempts. When putting all the failed attempts together, we get something unique and beautiful.

(4)My story: -a pair of friends try to make an art piece from clay and sell it for money. They want to make a piece that is worth a gold coin but every time the merchant says it’s only worth a silver coin or a bronze coin. As disappointed as they feel, they refuse to give up until they make a piece that they are proud of or other people gush over. They keep trying and trying until finally they make a beautiful piece that they absolutely love. They go to the merchant, and the merchant offers a silver coin for it which they refuse to sell,

What do they want a gold coin for? To be rich, to buy fancy things, to look nice.
